The Sauna Map is created by one person who is deeply passionate about Ireland's rapidly growing sauna culture. From the wild Atlantic coast to hidden woodland barrels, I believe these spaces are becoming an important part of Irish wellness and community life.

I built this directory to make it easier for people to discover, enjoy, and share great sauna experiences across the country. I'm always open to working with sauna owners, cold plunge enthusiasts, local communities, and fellow builders to improve the map.
